Trusted adviser to leaders, boards, universities, educational institutions and international organisations, partnering with executive leaders to strengthen governance, establish high-performing institutions and deliver sustainable organisational transformation.

Dr Suzanne Nti is an internationally respected governance and institutional development specialist with more than four decades of executive leadership experience across the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa.

Her expertise spans governance, organisational transformation, strategic leadership, education, legal advisory, institutional strengthening and operational excellence. She has advised governments, boards, educational institutions, churches and corporate organisations on governance reform, policy development, organisational effectiveness and leadership development.

She has practised as a lawyer, and served as Deputy Director of the Judicial Training Institute of the Judicial Service of Ghana, contributing to the professional development and continuing education of members of the judiciary. Her extensive education leadership experience includes successfully establishing Cambridge, IB and American-accredited educational institutions, serving as School Director and Educational Consultant for international schools, and serving as UK Campus Director for Life Christian University, USA, with responsibility for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degree programmes. She has also held civic leadership roles, including serving as Chaplain to the Mayor of Harrow. Today, she serves in senior executive leadership while advising government agencies, boards, educational institutions, faith-based organisations and businesses on governance, institutional excellence, compliance, organisational transformation and strategic leadership.

She is Chairperson of Crusaders Against Corruption Ghana, Candoship Limited and Cadbotic, and Founder and Director of the GWEN Foundation (Ghana Women's Empowerment Network). She also serves on the boards of e-Crime Bureau (cyber security) and Dominion Christian Academy, a Cambridge and American international school.

Dr. Cynthia Forson (LLB, LLM, MBA, PhD, FHEA) is Co-Director of Addison-Bosman (Gh) Ltd. An academic leader with more than two decades across the UK and Ghana higher-education sectors, she spent 11 years with Lancaster University, latterly as Associate Professor and Deputy Provost of Lancaster University Ghana, and previously headed the Department of Management, Leadership and Organisation at the University of Hertfordshire Business School.

Her expertise spans higher-education quality assurance and enhancement, transnational education, human resource management and organisational behaviour, and gender and ethnicity in labour markets and organisations. She serves on the board of Allstar Insurance Brokers, is a former board member of CalBank PLC, and was named among Avance Media's Top 100 Ghana's Women Board Directors.

At Addison-Bosman, Cynthia leads on quality assurance and enhancement in higher education, and on women's leadership development, training and facilitation.
